In this 60-minute webinar, Ann Wauters, Captain of the Belgian Cats, will share her unique experience as an athlete at the highest level and highlight the parallels between elite sport and the corporate world. With the help of many practical examples from the story behind the success of the Belgian national basket team, she will also provide you with 10 practical strategies to boost your personal and team Resilience.

Why participate?

Ann Wauters is the captain of the Belgian Cats, the national women's basketball team. Ann has a considerable honors list, and has been voted Europe’s best basketball player five times. She shares her unique experience as an athlete at the highest level and explains what really matters in team sport. She has achieved great success with multiple teams, but also lost several finals. Thanks to Resilience, she was able to evolve as a player but also as a person.

Parallel to her sport-career, Ann is also a team member of The Resilience Institute Europe, delivering research-based resilience solutions to help organisations build individual and collective resilience and sustainable performance.
