Act 5: New Year 2020
Colourful booths, fairy lights, sights and sounds spread Christmas cheer over the city. We look back on the past year's efforts and successes and welcome 2020 in each other's company.
The curtain falls on a wonderfully intensive 2019. We look back fondly on the overwhelming enthusiasm of all actors who brought the Green Deals to life; the many partnerships and performances that centered on the environment; headliners like Charles Mann, Martin Weizmann, Jonathan Porritt and John Elkington who inspired the audience; and, perhaps most of all, Marie Delvaulx stepping into the spotlight. Since September, she's been in the director's chair!
Just like in the best vaudevilles, our members will continue to play a starring role next year, contributing to the scenario 2020 has in store for us all. We look forward to welcoming you back 'on stage'!
Against a magnificent backdrop, we will present the scenario for 2020 – co-scripted with your input. Heading the bill: the environment (of course!), a different perspective on added value, biodiversity, meaningful work and diversity in the workplace. And in the wings, many more ideas are waiting for their chance to be staged.
